Emergency Services : Our veterinarians at Jockeyport- Afton are on call for emergency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We provide this service not only to our regular clients, but to the general public who's normal veterinarian may not be available during an emergency situation. Our emergency services are provided to Small Animals, Large Animals and Exotics/Wildlife. If you have an emergency situation please do not hesitate to contact Jockeyport.
For non-clients, we ask that you provide our doctors with as much information as possible (including proof of vaccinations), we also ask that you contact your normal veterinarian so they are kept up on your pet's health conditions. All treatments and diagnostics can easily be sent to your normal veterinarian at your request.
Small Animal:

- Radiology/Ultrasound (both onsite and portable)
Large Animal:
- Equine (Horses):
- General Medicine
- Preventative Medicine/Herd Health
- Generally any surgical conditions will be referred to a specialist
- Bovine (Cattle), Small Ruminants, Deer, Llamas and Alpacas:
- General Medicine
- Prevatitive Medicine/Herd Health
- Generally any surgical conditions will be referred to a specialist
Exotics/Wildlife:
- General Medicine
- Surgical procedures on small mammals
