Jockeyport Receives 2009 AAHA Accreditation

Jockeyport Opens its doors to the Public

Jockeyport welcomed approximately 200 visitors to the clinic recently. Guests were shuttled to and from the clinic via horse-draw-trolley and then given a tour of our facilities, fed a BBQ lunch and some of Dr. Tim's famous Chicken Chili. There were several demonstrations throughout the day including one by a local dog agility class.

A good time was had by all.

Dr. Tim handles a Great Horned Owl who was hit by a car in Bainbridge. He recovered quite well and was released into the wild after several weeks at the hospital and rehabilitation center.

Our Animal Care Library is currently being updated!!! You will finds LOADS of helpful information in a simple and easy to find location.

1/16/2010 - Drs. Sarah, Tim and Val attend North American Veterinary Conference(NAVC)

To help provide the most up-to-date medical and surgical care for your pets our doctors attended this week long conference. Topics covered ranged from Animal Forensics to Avian Surgical Procedures; Managing Lymes disease in Horses to addressing pancreatitis in cats.
